The Story Behind Our Website Redesign — Scan&Sole

Since Scan&Sole was founded in 2019, one idea has guided every decision we’ve made: making personalized insoles accessible to everyone, anywhere in the world, in just a few minutes. We introduced our concept at Arab Health in Dubai, then expanded our presence across many countries, including Kuwait, Egypt, China, Indonesia and Qatar. We refined our insoles, perfected our thermoforming process and trained our partners. But our website hadn’t kept pace with this evolution. Today, it finally has, and we’re proud of it.

A website is often the first encounter between a user and a brand. We wanted that first impression to live up to what we offer: a clear concept, product expertise and a simple experience. Our old website had all the essential information, but navigating it could sometimes feel overwhelming. Some visitors didn’t immediately understand what Scan&Sole does, how it works or which product was right for them. That’s not acceptable when you deeply believe in what you offer. Our goal with this redesign is for anyone to understand what Scan&Sole is, why it’s useful and how to benefit from it in less than 30 seconds on our website.

We rebuilt the website's structure from the ground up, starting from the questions you ask us most often: - A clearer showcase of our Classic and Premium ranges and the uses they cover, from everyday life to sport, so everyone can quickly find what suits them. - A reorganized presentation of our 4-step process (scan, personalized profile, thermoforming, ready-to-wear insole) to make the journey more intuitive. - Cleaner product pages that focus on what matters: features, real benefits and materials. - Simpler navigation, whether you're on mobile or desktop. - A more readable design, with more white space and a rethought information hierarchy.

We designed this blog as a place to share: a space to talk about comfort and foot well-being, as well as what goes on behind the scenes, our partners and how our concept is evolving. We want to give you the keys to better understand your feet and the comfort they deserve every day.
