Every Scan&Sole setup starts with the scanning equipment of your choice: the LED podoscope or the Scan Plate (pressure platform). It is paired with the Heater and the Thermofit, essential for thermoforming the insoles. These elements are grouped into 5 ready-to-use packs, detailed below.

Description

The insole is heated in the Heater, then placed in the Thermofit for two-stage vacuum moulding. The first vacuum presses the silicone pouch against the client’s foot to capture its shape precisely. This is also the stage at which the arch support level is selected. The heated insole is then placed in this impression, and a second vacuum, through a membrane, presses it so that it matches this shape exactly, ensuring a precise, lasting fit.

All packs deliver the same outcome: the difference lies in the type of analysis and the ease of installation, not in effectiveness.

Whether you are a retailer, a clinic or a pharmacy, all packs deliver the same outcome: a foot scan followed by a custom insole, moulded in about 5 minutes. What changes as you move up the range is not performance, but the type of analysis, the presentation and how turnkey the installation is. Packs 1 and 2 cover the essentials with your own computer; Packs 3 and 4 (small kiosk) add a dedicated unit with built-in computer and screen; and Pack 5 (big kiosk) turns the whole experience into a centrepiece, with integrated storage for insoles and samples, designed to attract customers. The higher you go in the range, the more turnkey and visually striking the installation becomes, ideal for businesses that want their fitting station to become a showcase, not just a service point.
