Scan&Sole insoles are available in two ranges. The Classic Range is simple and efficient, with an easy insole structure and cost savings, available flat and non-assembled or preshaped. The Premium Range uses the highest technical materials and top finishing, available preshaped only, and comes in its own branded box with laser logo branding. Across both ranges, 24 custom-fit models cover everyday comfort and sport performance, so there's a precise fit for every foot and every activity.

What materials make Scan&Sole insoles durable and comfortable?

Each material plays a specific role in your comfort.

Each model combines several technical materials, each chosen for a specific role. PE and resin provide structure and lasting stability to the insole. EVA and rubber absorb shocks and add flexibility for a comfortable, responsive feel. On sport models, propulsive layers enhance dynamic response. On Premium models, a microfibre layer adds anti-sweat and antibacterial protection, and some models include a non-slip grip for more control inside the shoe. Each material is optimised to work with our thermoforming process, so the fit stays precise over time.
